5G messaging will replace platform services

It is reported that with the upgrading of the SMS service, the existing Internet services will be connected to the SMS terminal, that is, users can complete catering, hotel, car hailing and other services through the SMS portal.
According to the white paper, 5G messaging service can not only send voice, video, location information and even group chat, but also realize various rich applications of App, such as Chatbot service.
Take Chatbot service as an example. When users want to consult the Chatbot, they can click the 0010010 quot;suggest reply 0010010 quot; button on the SMS interface to wake up the bot, and then find their own requirements under the 0010010 quot;suggest action 0010010 quot; page, such as opening a webpage or App, dialing, searching for location, adding calendar events, sending messages, etc.
There will be three types of keypad design in the future: the floating keypad, the built-in keypad for the rich media card, and the fixed keypad at the bottom of the message dialog interface. According to the white paper, the floating button is designed to temporarily invoke the function, it will disappear, the built-in key and the fixed key will not disappear.
In short, such a design idea is the continuation of our existing App interface design.
So how do you push it forward?
First, the GSMA has incorporated 5G messaging into the must-have functionality of 5G terminals. This also means that the next 5G terminal, 5G message is the necessary entry.

Ecology is the key to the promotion of 5G messaging services
The RCS is the integration and enhancement of basic communications services based on IMS architecture initiated by the GSMA with the goal of achieving a globally unified standard rich media communication solution to ensure business connectivity between operators.
Among them, the MaaP (Messaging as a Platform) to be applied is a new RCS standard. Under the MaaP standard, RCS is not only a converged rich media messaging business, but also a new industry capability platform.
Unlike traditional SMS, 5G messaging enables individual users to connect with various service platforms and merchants, and enables RCS to enhance information support for rich media message push, which is comparable to WeChat in function. And to achieve such a powerful function, is bound to be the industry upstream and downstream service providers of the collaboration.
